1. How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, pick your design, choose your size, click “Add to Cart,” and head to checkout. That’s it. Quick and simple.


2. How do I know what size to order?

Our tees are oversized by default. If you like a relaxed fit, go true to size. For a more baggy look, size up. Check the Size Guide on each product page for measurements. Still unsure? Drop us a message and we’ll help you out.


3. When will my order arrive?

We ship within 3-5 working days after you place the order. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 7-12 working days. Metro cities are usually quicker.


4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can make changes. Email us as soon as possible at zeroiq.help@gmail.com with your order ID. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


5. What’s your return policy?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Returns are not accepted for discounted items unless there’s a defect. You can find full details on our Returns Policy page.


6. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit, based on your preference. This usually takes 5 to 7 business days.


7. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items get restocked, but limited drops may never return. If you missed out, make sure you’re following us on Instagram and subscribed to our emails for updates.


8. How do I take care of my Zero IQ tee?

Wash it cold, inside out. Hang dry only. Don’t use bleach or harsh detergents. If you’re ironing, do it inside out on low heat. For more, check our Care Guide.


9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes. If your location is eligible, the option will appear at checkout. A small extra charge may apply.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship only within India. But we’re working on expanding — stay connected for updates.
